Rule 59
Provision On The Extension Of The Tenure
(1) If the constitution of
another Council has not immediately been possible after the end of the
tenure of the Council due to the existence of extraordinary or beyond
the control circumstances, the Department may extend the tenure of the
Council for one year on the recommendation of the ad-hoc committee as
pursuant to Rule-59.
(2) If the tenure of the Council has been extended as pursuant to
Sub-rule (1), the Council may also extend the tenure of the Committee
and Consumer Group for one year.
